HISTORY AND HERITAGE: UNDERSTANDING KATHMANDU VALLEY

The Nepa: Valley, globally known as Kathmandu, is an ancient urban civilisation that has been shaped by the powerful spiritual traditions of the Himalayas. Today, it is the stunning metropolis of a nation that has leaped into an ambitious future while preserving the rich heritage of its past.

Walk with us in the heritage sites that you choose, and we will help you connect the dots between tangible (what you see as you walk) and intangible (what keeps the tangible alive). We hope you are excited to explore the sights and sounds of the city and explore smaller towns in the nearby hills.

Prices are per-person for a group size between 2-4. For larger groups, inquire the rates with us.

Since transportation is all inclusive, we can pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu. Extra surcharge might apply for hotels outside the immediate city; inquire with us!

Kathmandu Durbar Square area
Patan Durbar Square area
Pasupatinath Temple area
Swayambhu Stupa area
Boudha Stupa area
Bhaktapur Durbar Square area
Changunaryan Temple area

You can select one of the following experiences:

Any 2 heritage sites for 90 USD for 1 guest, inclusive of permits, guide, transport, and refreshments. 4-5 hrs. Recommended: Bouddha + Pasupati, OR Basantapur + Swayambhu. Additional guests at extra 50 USD per person.
Any 3 heritage sites for 125 USD for 1 guest, inclusive of permits, guide, transport, and refreshments. 7-8 hrs. Recommended Patan, Pasupati, and Bouddha. Additional guests at extra 60 USD per person.

Note: Entry Permits are usually 1/4 of the per-person cost of our "History and Heritage" experience and is collected by the government authority .
